He was predeceased by: his parents, John Spisak and Anna Spisak (Ivan). He is survived by: his wife Maureen Patricia Hadzick; his children, Michelle (Nicholas) and Michael (Stacy); and his siblings, Alice and William. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Passionate about giving back, John continued, after retirement, to donate his time and consultation as Deputy Executive Director with the Senate Youth Alumni Association until the time of his passing.
