He is survived by: his wife Irma Portela; his daughters, Yvonne Carver and Lorraine Martinez; his sister Carmen Santiago; his grandchildren, Marc Carver, Nicholas Carver, Natalia Pérez and Carlos Pérez Jr.; and his great grandchildren, Immanuel Avery Carver and Novalee Athena Carver. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
