We are sad to announce that on November 19, 2024, Barbara F. Hinton (Northport, New York), born in Baldwin, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid adieu to Barbara's earthly form, let us not dwell on the void left in her wake, but rather celebrate the legacy of love and inspiration Barbara has bequeathed us. For though she may have departed from our sight, her spirit remains a timeless beacon, guiding loved ones through the labyrinth of life's journey.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her daughters, Stephanie Hinton and Jennifer FitzMaurice (John); her granddaughter Emma Smith; her stepgrandsons, Michael FitzMaurice (Jane) and Greg FitzMaurice (Briana); her sister Connie Bennett; her brother-in-law Gordon McClelland; and her husband William Hinton.
Visitation will be held on Friday, November 22nd 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Nolan Funeral Home, Inc. (5 Laurel Ave, Northport, NY 11768). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 at 11:00 AM at the St. John's Episcopal Church (12 Prospect St, Huntington, NY 11743).
