It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Zachary B. McKim of North Tonawanda, New York, who passed away on November 28, 2024, at the age of 27, leaving to mourn family and friends. Though Zachary may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Zachary touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Jocelyn MacRae and Barry McKim; his sibling Cassanda E. Porto (Mark); his niece Kylie; his nephews, Logan and Spencer; and his grandparents, Kathleen Hughes, Elizabeth Shank and Henry Hughes. He was also cherished by aunts, uncles, cousins, and many good friends.

Visitation was held on Saturday, December 7th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Fretthold and Hamp Funeral Home (37 Adam St, Tonawanda, NY 14150). A funeral service was held on Saturday, December 7th 2024 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
