He is survived by: his fiancé Trinity Rood; his daughter Charlotte Quintern; his parents, Heather Grapes (Jeff) and Patrick Quintern; his sibling Casey Quintern; and his grandparents, Duane (Elizabeth Quintern), Thomas (Becky Kraatz), Jim (Marcia Grapes) and Theresa McMullen. He is also survived by his many aunts, uncles and cousins.
