Collopy (Carolyn Wells) and Ellen M Collopy (Cetera); her siblings, Jeffrey Collopy (Kim Day) and Robin Shafer (Kevin); and her siblings-in-law, Jack Kubik (Linda), Bill Kubik (Donna), Jill Papaj (Ron), Gary Kubik (Lisa) and Brian Kubik (Holly). She was also cherished by nieces, nephews, and many friends.
