Wendy (Urban) Bugyi-Sanderson Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Wendy (Urban) Bugyi-Sanderson of North Tonawanda, New York, who passed away on December 13, 2024, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her children, Amanda Farris (Bugyi), Michael Bugyi (Sharon), Stephen Sanderson (Hillary) and Elizabeth Sanderson; her grandchildren, Austin Simon, Hailey Farris, Izsak, Mason, Gavin Bugyi, Claire and Gabriella Sanderson; her great grandchild Kyle Shaffer; her parents, James Urban (Joan) and Betty Lou Lovett (Wayne); and her siblings, Joann Gampp (Edwin), James Urban (Sally) and Nancy Brady (Lawrence). She was also cherished by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

Visitation was held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the Wattengel Funeral Home (533 Meadow Dr, North Tonawanda, NY 14120). A funeral service was held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 at 11:30 AM at the same location.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Wendy's memory to the Ten Lives Club or Roswell Park Cancer Institute, causes close to her heart.
