He is survived by: his wife Christine Urbaniak (Archie); his daughter Tara Puff (Greg); his grandchildren, Madelyn, Gabrielle, Alexis and Zachary; and his sister Teresa 'Terri' Hriczak (S. Carl). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
