It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thomas L. Starr of North Tonawanda, New York, born in Altoona, Pennsylvania, who passed away on April 26, 2022, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his wife Joyce Starr (Barone); his siblings, Donald Starr and Sandy Starr; and his grandson Adam Hayes. He is survived by: his children, Melissa Hewitt (Kevin), Michele Woods (Shawn) and Patrick Starr (Linda); his brother Keith Star (Darlene); and his nieces and nephews, Robert Starr (Karen), Kim Mazanka (Jerry) and April Starr. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren.

He was a quiet neighbor who we only spoke with occasionally so we didn't know him well but he was always a pleasant and kind gentleman.
