He was predeceased by: his parents, Josephine Belling (Knoll) and George Belling; and his siblings, George "Bud" Belling, Paul Belling and Dorothy Belling.
He is survived by: his wife Ruth Bossart; his children, Linda McOmber (James), Pamela, Douglas Belling (Marianne) and Tina; and his sister Mary Grove. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
