She was predeceased by: her husband Paul V. Rossi; her parents, Frank Phelps and Esther Phelps; and her sister Helen Daugherty (late Dallas). She is survived by: her children, Mark Rossi (Rebecca) and Melissa LaCourse (late Ken); her grandchildren, Andrew Rossi, Matthew, Joshua and Libby LaCourse; and her siblings, Sally Linsalata (late Joe) and George Phelps (Sue). She is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, family and friends.
