Scott D. Cooper Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Scott D. Cooper of North Tonawanda, New York, who passed away on January 28, 2025, at the age of 53, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Scott may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the echoes of his kindness, the warmth of his embrace, and the light of his enduring love.

He is survived by: his children, Emily and Wyatt Cooper; his parents, Donald G. Cooper and Kathy Cooper; his siblings, Mark Cooper (Kristy) and Kristie Langer; and his nieces, TylerLynn Hedgemon (Ky'Von) and Brooklyn Langer. He is also survived by numerous Aunts, Uncles, and cousins.

Visitation was held on Friday, January 31st 2025 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Lane Funeral Home, Inc. (8622 Buffalo Ave, Niagara Falls, NY 14304). A funeral service was held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.

We would like to honor the fact that Scott was given the gift of life with a kidney donation and ask in lieu of flowers, donations be made in Scott's honor to the ECMC Transplant Team.
