With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Robert Paul Gerow (North Tonawanda, New York), who passed away on February 20, 2022 at the age of 74. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilbur Gerow and Rita Gerow (Taravella); and his grandson Marcus. He is survived by: his wife Janie Gerow (Ruff); his children, Robyn L. Gerow (Erica Borowicz), Michael Gerow (Cindy) and Aimee L. Gerow; his grandchildren, Zachery, Ryan, Sierra, Joshua and Jacob; and his siblings, Donald Gerow and Gloria Masters. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.

“I have many good memories of my Uncle Bob. Growing up I saw one of the scariest movies "Wolfen" as I stayed over many weekends. I lost a few games of chess to him, but my favorite memory was our band. Uncle Bob, Michael and I all wanted to play our own songs. So we formed, The Band of Compromise!
