He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Whipple and Marianne Duerr (Donald); and his sibling Kris Whipple. He is survived by: his children, Robert J. Duerr, Jr. (Margarita) and Patricia A. Nadler (Lonnie); his grandchildren, Stephanie M. Nadler (Ryan Crreazzo), Lonnie J. Nadler, Jr., Isabella A. Duerr and Anthony J. Duerr; and his siblings, Laura Jagow, Linda Reuther (late John), John Duerr (Marla), Donna Wittkopp (Carl), Debbie Fronczak (Chris), Dorene Manchester (Brian), Darcie Seider (Daniel), Keith Whipple (Jean), Kevin Whipple (Beverly), Kyle Whipple (Mary) and Kurt Whipple (Kay). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
