With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Richard Frank Hempel (North Tonawanda, New York), who passed away on July 8, 2019 at the age of 94. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Helen; and his brother Robert. He is survived by: his sons, Anthony (Mary) and Paul Hempel (Sue); his sister Elizabeth Hempel; and his grandchildren, Kristie Keidel (Ray), Nicholas Hempel, Robert Hempel, Katherine Dohn (Jason), Elizabeth Johnson (Nicholas), Michelle Roy (Brian) and Christine Friedman (Brandon).
Mass of Christian Burial will be held Friday at 9:30 AM from Our Lady Czestochowa Church, 64 Center Avenue, North Tonawanda. if desired memorials may be made to Niagara Hospice.
