She was predeceased by: her parents, Herbert Simmons and Marion Simmons (Parks); her husband Elton "Bob" Urtel; and her brother Roger Simmons. She is survived by: her children, Nancy Meyerhofer and David Urtel (Kelly); her grandchildren, Michael Meyerhofer (Akiko Higuci), Lindsay Bozek (Timothy) and Leah Wolf (Joe); and her great grandchildren, Lilly and Valerie Bozek.
