Philip D. Frapwell Obituary
We are sad to announce that on February 19, 2023, at the age of 72, Philip D. Frapwell (North Tonawanda, New York) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John Frapwell and Evelyn Frapwell (Korner). He is survived by: his wife Joan Frapwell (Lawler); his children, Kristin Rybinski (Peter), Amanda Policare (Tony) and Adam Frapwell (Gretchen); his grandchildren, Connor, Dylan, Anthony, Max, James, Chandler and Genevieve; and his brother John Frapwell (Katie). He is also survived by several loving nieces, nephews and cousins.
Family ask that in lieu of flowers, donations be made in his name to the Ken-Ton Meals on Wheels.
