He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Johnson and Christine Johnson; and his brother-in-law George Smith (Patty). He is survived by: his wife Sharon Johnson (Smith); and his brothers-in-law, Don Kutzbach (Linda), Mike Leto (Bonnie) and John Smith (Vikki). He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
