He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Joan M. Engel; his children, Mary Ellen Chapman of Lockport, Christine Zwolinski (Rick) of North Tonawanda and John Engel (Robert Clemens) of Pendleton; his grandchildren, David, Thomas Chapman (Shannon Rug), Jill Heppner (Dave), Brian Hoffman (Stacy) and Eric Hoffman (Melinda); his great grandchildren, Kaylee, Landon Heppner, Kelly, Kyle, Jacob, Riley and Alexis Hoffman; and his sibling Shirley Wurl (late Douglas).
In lieu of flowers, donations in Norm's memory may be made to St. Christopher's R. C. Church, or to Gratwick Hose Fire Company.
