He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Belczak and Irene Belczak (Gabrys) of North Tonawanda. He is survived by: his wife Ann Belczak (Kick); his children, Mary Beth Crossett (John), Laura Heim (Michael) and Daniel Belczak (Deborah Makin) of Madison, Wisconsin; his grandchildren, Benjamin, Christopher, Liam, Julia Crossett, Patrick, Allison, Margaret Heim and Evelyn Belczak; and his siblings, Joseph Belczak (Lorraine), Barbara Pecoraro (Vince) and Patricia Wieclaw (Mark). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Flowers are gratefully declined, if desired memorials may be made to the Multiple Sclerosis Society or to Niagara Hospice.
