He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert J. Frank and LeoBelle Frank (Kyler); and his siblings, Timothy Frank, Gregory Frank and Alicia Frank.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia Frank (Basnett); his children, Michael Frank (Renee Dunn), Lynn Wright (Joseph), Brian Frank (Samara), Kevin Pieper and Kristen Zizzi (Peter); his sisters-in-law, Judy and June Frank; and his grandchildren, Allie Kavanaugh (Robert), Anthony Zizzi, Matthew Zizzi, Annabelle Wright, Samuel Wright and Vita Frank. He is also survived by sisters in law, brother in law, and many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made in Michael's memory to the SPCA.
