He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Theodore J. Duguay and Elizabeth Duguay; his child Kalyn Duguay; his brothers, Michael A. Duguay, Mark G. Duguay (Andrea), Matthew T. Duguay (Laura) and Mitchell L. Duguay; and his nieces and nephews, Bernadette, Daniel, Zachary, Matthew and Sophie.

Memorials may be made to the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention, WNY Chapter.
