He was predeceased by: his father Norman Kuntz; and his father-in-law Albert. He is survived by: his significant other Josette Cich; his children, Hayden Lucas (Tarah), Anthony (Antnee) and Rachel Cich (Yvonne); his mother Joan Leo (Bollinger); his mother-in-law Amelia Portera; his siblings, Ronald Kuntz (Raquel) and Tina Mielcarek (Wayne); his brothers-in-law, Joe Portera (Cathy) and Albert Portera Jr. (Lynette); his stepbrother Michael Wagner; his grandchildren, Rowan, Ezra Capelli, Charlotte and Clark Cich; and his close friends, Chuck Siewert and Sue Murray. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
