She was predeceased by: her son Craig L. Rice; her parents, Frank Doane and Bertha Doane; and her sibling Jan Weaver. She is survived by: her husband Leroy I. Rice; her children, Wendy Boyd (Daniel), Frank Rice, Dale Rice and Tricia Maerten (Gregory); and her siblings, Joyce Wilson (Jim), Jay Doane (late Marie), Ronald Doane (Jem), David Doane (Patricia) and Kim Miller (Jim). She is also survived by 11 grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in memory of Lorraine may be made to Roswell Park Cancer Foundation Children's Ward.
