She was predeceased by: her parents, Clyde Waddell and Loma Waddell (Stover). She is survived by: her husband Ernest Patak; her children, Lisa Bolea (Steve Zadon) and David Patak; her granddaughters, Briana Downie (Nick) and Rachel Bolea; her great grandchild Noah Downie; and her pet Jackson. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
