He was predeceased by: his father Gary R. Copeland. He is survived by: his mother Patricia Copeland (Hicks); his siblings, Jason Copeland and Melissa Franusiak (Stephen); and his nephews, Ethyn, Bailey, Seth, Dylan and Logan. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, and dear friends.

Visitation was held on Friday, February 21st 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Wattengel Funeral Home (533 Meadow Dr, North Tonawanda, NY 14120). A funeral service was held on Friday, February 21st 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
