He was predeceased by: his mother Mary Carlson; his brother Mike Carlson (BettyLou); his daughter Kelly Vogt; and his parents-in-law, Louis and Louise Martina.
He is survived by: his wife Doris (Martina); his grandchildren, Tyler, Charlene (Brendan), Zachary (Venessa), David, Nick, Julianna and KellyAnn; his pets, Sirod and Sable; his father Junior; his stepmother Carmen Carlson; his siblings, Michelle Stephens (Andy), Laurie Hatmaker, Mary Ann James (Marty), Julie Carlson, Joe Carlson (Nicole) and Jim Carlson (Tracey); and his siblings-in-law, Anette Pratt (Jerry) and Chuck Martina (Nancy). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
