He is survived by: his mother Rita Kuligowski (Korthals); his daughters, Amanda Hacker (Laird) and Alicia Kuligowski; his sister Lynn Sersen (Tony); his aunt Kathy Lane; his grandchildren, Makenna, Caitlyn Hacker and Adrian Johnson; his nephew Joe Kuligowski; and also Beverly Rumbold.
