She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Lee and Katherine Lee. She is survived by: her children, John W. Conlon (Karen) and Jill Caccamise (Dana); her grandchild Dana J. Caccamise II; and her great grandchildren, Maia Caccamise, Savannah Ashby, Graeme Ashby, Sydney Ingham and Liam Ingham.
In place of flowers, the family kindly requests any inspired donations be made to Niagara Hospice in honor of Jane Sweet's memory; we are sincerely grateful for their compassionate care and service.
