He is survived by: his parents, Gloria Myers (Phillips) and William Myers; his wife Maria A. Myers (Miranto); his children, Amanda Tsarev (Alex), Matthew Myers (Cassondra) and Alyssa Farrell (Ryan); his siblings, Todd Myers (Carrie) and Christine Myers; and his grandchildren, Peyton, Camryn, Matthew Jr., Frankie and Vinny. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and dear friends.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Greg's memory to Roswell Park Cancer Institute.

“All of us at CSEA’s Peer Trainer Program are thinking of you and wishing you all peace and comfort after the loss of Greg. We all liked Greg a lot and we will miss him very much. He was a great trainer, worked hard, knew his stuff and was fun to be around. Thank you Maria for helping him get to the refresher last March so we could see him one last time and say goodbye.
