She is survived by: her husband Donald G. Chotkowski; her children, Raymond Chotkowski (Joyce) of North Tonawanda, Steven Chotkowski of North Tonawanda, Michael Chotkowski of North Tonawanda and Eileen Nelson (Kahl) of Little Meadows, PA; her grandchildren, Crystal, Ashley, Stephanie, Amanda Jo, Thomas and Kevin; her great grandchildren, Finn, Lincoln and Delilah; and her sister Gloria Cartwright of Virginia. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
