She was predeceased by: her father Leslie Blackwell, Sr.; and her sibling Leslie Blackwell, Jr.. She is survived by: her mother Louann [Jonathan] Blackwell; her husband John Kuhns; her children, Seth Blackwell and Seleste Bomberry; her grandchildren, Shiy'ella and Winter; and her siblings, Michele Mt (Nelson), Amanda Blackwell and Gary Chew. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, March 26th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Rhoney Funeral Home, Inc. (5893 Hoover Rd, Sanborn, NY 14132-9215). A funeral service was held on Thursday, March 27th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Tuscarora Baptist Church (2088 Mt Hope Rd, Sanborn, NY 14132).
