He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Axel Hallgren and Gladys Hallgren (Schaaf); his wife Florence; his children, Linda Gebhardt (Craig), James, Kenneth (Julie) and Carl Hallgren (Janell); his grandchildren, Scott (Amanda), Britt (Tara), Michael (Charlotte), Eric (Samantha), Christopher, Kelly (Keri), Grace (Drew), Matthew, Christian and Nicholas; his great grandchildren, Liam, Penelope, Robyn, Elliott, Ila and Lacey; and his siblings, Dan Hallgren (Shirley) and Sue Phillips (Roger). He was also cherished by many nieces, nephews and friends.
Memorials may be made to St. Martin Lutheran Church.
