She was predeceased by: her husband Frederick Empson; her daughter Brenda; and her siblings, Marilyn Carpenter, Donald Shaw, Butch Shaw and Thelma Shaw.
She is survived by: her sons, Daniel Empson, Kenneth Empson and Keith Empson; and her siblings, Joann Empson, Orlene Uplinger, Glendora Linkenfelter, Barry Shaw and Keith Shaw. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren, several great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, September 28th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Fretthold Funeral Home (1241 Oliver St, North Tonawanda, NY 14120).
