She was predeceased by: her parents, Bede Ignatius Clapsadle and Ruby Pearl Cleaver; her grandson Owen W. Sedlacek; and her brothers, Richard Cleaver, Daniel Clapsadle and Timothy Clapsadle.
She is survived by: her spouse Branko Sedlacek; her children, Robert Sedlacek (Carissa Pisarek) and Jill Luly (Mike Frank); her grandchildren, Chase Luly and Sarah Sedlacek; her siblings, Marjorie Carter, Carole Kessler, Bernie Clapsadle and Lee Clapsadle; and her close friend Dene Dann. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
