He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael Kisiel and Irene Kisiel; his brothers, Michael Kisiel, Jr. (Jeane) and Dennis Kisiel; and his brothers-in-law, Donald Travis (Linda), James Travis and Charles 'Chuck' Travis (late Katie).
He is survived by: his wife Karen A. Travis; his children, Nicholas Kisiel and Dawn Rickard (Dion); and his granddaughters, Olivia and Marisa. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorial offerings may be made to the Niagara County SPCA and/or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
