He was predeceased by: his wife Geraldine "Gerry" Chotkowski. He is survived by: his children, Raymond Chotkowski (Joyce) of North Tonawanda, Steven Chotkowski of North Tonawanda, Michael Chotkowski of North Tonawanda, Eileen Nelson (Kahl) of Little Meadows, PA, Dziadziu, Crystal, Ashley, Stephanie, Amanda Jo, Thomas and Kevin; his great grandchildren, Finn, Lincoln and Delilah; and his sister Alice Walsh. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.
