He was predeceased by: his parents, Alvin J. Bush and Mildred E. Bush (Lang). He is survived by: his children, Luanne Daul (Dan) and Alan Bush (Sandi); his granddaughters, Danielle Bush and Leah Mosher; his brother Kenneth A. Bush; and his former wife Joyce A. Bender.
