She was predeceased by: her parents, Bobby Ray and Barbara Smith (Myers); and her siblings, Bobby Ray Smith, Tracey Smith, Shelby Smith and Barry Smith.
She is survived by: her children, Christopher Fellenz, Kurtis Fellenz (Melissa) and Katie Musielak (Stephen); her grandchildren, Brianna, Brayden, Ashlyn, Adalyn, Adrianna and Claire; and her siblings, Randy Smith (Margie), Brad Smith (Stacie), Joel Smith and Shawn Smith. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
