He was predeceased by: his parents, Anthony W. "Tony" Egert and Grace Mary Egert (Daniels); and his brother Frank Egert. He is survived by: his significant other Linda Egert (Rafferty); his children, Christopher Egert and Jennifer Benjamin (Jeffrey); his grandchild Braden Benjamin; and his brother Michael Egert (Debra). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorial offerings may be made to Roswell Park Cancer Institute or to Niagara Hospice.
