He was predeceased by: his parents, Wallace Lukasik and Stella Lukasik. He is survived by: his wife Andrea C. Lukasik; his sons, Timothy Lukasik (Deborah) and Jeffrey Lukasik (Amy); his brothers, Wally Lukasik (Wendy) and Michael Lukasik (Gloria); and his grandchildren, Julia, Timothy, Abigail and Brooke. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
