He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Kornacki and Mary Kornacki (Wachowicz); and his siblings, Raymond (Lynn), Richard, Helen Petrus (Leo) and Alice Liette (Andy).
He is survived by: his wife Kathy; his children, Carl Zortman (Kim), Kristen Arone (Matt) and Alan Jr. Kornacki (Faith); his grandchildren, Samantha, Luke Arone, Alexis Weimar, Michael and Molly Kornacki; and his siblings, Julian (Nancy) and Patricia Matthew. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
