He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Joyce II and Thomas J. Mangan, II; his wife Mary Mangan; his children, Thomas J. Mangan, IV (Tanya Dominguez) and Jennifer Mangan; his grandchildren, Javen Mangan, Thomas J. Mangan and Ciara Mangan; his brother Richard Mangan (Kathryn); and his nieces and nephews, Jack Mangan, Nate Mangan, Anna Mangan, Melanie Angarano and Karen Tarala.
