She was predeceased by: her father Michael Griffin. She is survived by: her mother Mary Griffin (McNamara); her husband David A. Capria; her daughter Lilly Capria; and her siblings, Ann Staub (Frederick), Elizabeth O'Connor (Michael) and Michael Griffin (Kristine). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family, and treasured friends.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 9th 2025 from 3:30 PM to 5:30 PM at the Thomas J. Pirro Jr. Funeral Home (3401 Vickery Rd, Syracuse, NY 13212). A funeral Mass was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Brigid Church (216 N Lowell Ave, Syracuse, NY 13204).
In addition to flowers, contributions may be made to Friends Forever Animal Rescue, 174 Gristwood Road, Pennellville, NY 13212, in honor of Theresa's love for animals and her generous heart.
