He was predeceased by: his son Tyler; his parents, Jack and Jean; and his brother Douglas. He is survived by: his children, Ryan and Nikki; his stepchildren, Justin and Kami; and his siblings, Kathleen, Nancy (Tim), Terry (Juan) and Jim (Laurel). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
