He was predeceased by: his wife Nellie "Helen" Cavallaro-Lewis; and his father Albert N. Lewis. He is survived by: his children, Karlene A. Lewis-Parker (Tom) of Maryland, Carol J. Lewis-Hess of Syracuse and Robert J. Lewis of Maryland; and his grandchildren, Teri, Jeffery and Jarett Parker of Maryland. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
