He was predeceased by: his father Jacob; his son Scott; and his siblings, Albert and Caroline. He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Kiehl (Johnstone); his children, Gregg Kiehl (Don Dunham) of Cortland and Cynthia Brown (Stephen) of Manlius; his grandchildren, Courtney and Andrew; and his great grandchildren, Shayla and Mariana.
