He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Quinn and Nellie Quinn (Podsiedlik); his wife Pauline; and his brothers, Michael and Richard Quinn.
He is survived by: his sons, Dr. Timothy Quinn (Lucy) of Lancaster, PA and Christopher Quinn (Becky) of North Syracuse; his grandchildren, Brittney Trumble, Travis, Joseph, Ethan and Avery Quinn; his great grandchildren, June Trumble and Cooper Quinn; and his sister Cheryl LeBlanc of Syracuse. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
