She was predeceased by: her son Michael; and her brother Michael. She is survived by: her husband Bruce Emmett LaRose; her children, Jeff MacCollum (Audra) and Karen MacDowall (David); her grandchildren, Nicholas, Zachary MacCollum, Walker and Parker MacDowall; and her siblings, David Ney, Kelly Bunch (Ney) and Colleen Ney. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
