It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kim St. Andrew Hadlock (North Syracuse, New York), who passed away on June 11, 2019, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her children, Justin St. Andrew (Brandi) of Yukon and Jani McLaughlin of North Syracuse; her siblings, Thomas Wilsey of Chittenango, Lee Wilsey of Syracuse, Terri Mosher (Howard), Canastota and Audrey Wilsey (David) of Chittenango; and her grandchildren, Jeremiah and Kyla. She was also cherished by several nieces and nephews and numerous friends.
